The sailor and those who have been in close proximity to the individual are currently isolated and restricted to quarters for treatment or observation.

There are now at least three US service members, representing three different military branches, on three different continents infected with the coronavirus. The Army has banned any kind of travel for US troops coming in or out of Italy and South Korea to include taking leave and fulfilling permanent change of station orders.
